Day 32 Lhasa • Kathmandu, Nepal Dec 8, 2018
As our Tibet adventure comes to an end this morning, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Kathmandu, Nepal. This was our final time seeing Mt Everest and the Himalaya Mountains. We arrive to Nepal in mid-afternoon, and time to relax and repack. We are ending this marvelous trip we started in Bhutan [Bhutan: The Last Shangri-La] in November 2018. The adventure is not over yet. When we returned to the Gokarna Forest Resort in Kathmandu there were greeters and local musicians – we thought it was to welcome us back to Katmandu. Actually, the hotel was hosting a wedding reception for the Bothra family. Tonight, the resort was decorated as a carnival for the groom’s friends.

Day 33 Return Flight to Delhi India to U.S. Dec 9, 2018
After a morning at leisure the group assembled for the last time as we transferred to the airport for our flight to Delhi, India. Delhi was just an overnight stop and then we fly to Dubai in the morning. In Dubai we had a very short layover [2 hour layover] and then our final flight to the US from Dubai.
